Travel time:
The travel time is considered to be only the period for which the client used the vehicle, incl. waiting. Within Prague there is no fee for bringing the car to the customer and back to the garage. Outside Prague we charge such a fee.

National/International rates:
All rates and minimum's vary in all national and international locations.

Gratuity:
There is no gratuity counted in the bill and thus it is on the customer’s deliberation.

No shows/Late cancellations:
All no shows and late cancellations are billed the minimum charge of the vehicle. The client is responsible for requiring a written confirmation when an order is cancelled. If You can not provide a cancellation confirmation, You will be charged the minimum of the vehicle. To avoid cancellation charges cancellation must be done according to the following schedule.

Prague
A minimum of 2 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick up time

National
A minimum of 6 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick up time

Abroad
A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick up time
